Mustafa has over 14 years of experience in the fields of Audit, Financial Reporting, MIS and Statutory Compliance for large conglomerate to medium sized business in the United Arab Emirates gained while working in firms like Ernst and Young, Premier Brains Accounting and Auditing in External Audit and Tameer Holding Investments in Internal Audit and Compliance.
During his time at Ernst and Young, Mustafa gained extensive experience in auditing, financial reporting and compliance. Mustafa have worked on audits of both public and private companies.
Mustafa has been on forefront of the outsourcing operations. He has been actively involved in developing outsourcing operations for corporates in UAE, Saudi Arabia, MENA regions, US ,UK and Australia.
He has drafted & and negotiated term sheets, and shareholder agreements, assisted in fundraising, got the due diligence, and helped obtain IPR registrations.
As a Virtual CFO, Mustafa would collaborate with executive teams and stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals.
He has first hand experiences in preparing reports on various ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books and Xero to name a few.
